Tamatar kathal

  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Laung (2)
  • Garlic & Onion paste (1 cup)
  • Tomato puree (1 cup)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Amchoor powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Kathal (500 gm)

How to cook 

Take a cooker and heat mustard oil and add Laung, Garlic & Onion paste, Tomato puree, Haldi powder, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Garam masala powder, Amchoor powder, Salt and mix all the ingrediets gently.

Now add kathal in cooker and cook for 5-7 minutes at low flame.

Your Kathal is ready.
