Dhaniye ke kabab

  • Chane ki daal (200 gm)
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Coriander (100 gm)
  • Green chillies (2-3)
  • Ginger (1 inches)
  • Onion (1)
  • Red chilli flakes (1 tsp)
  • Garam masala (1/2 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil

How to cook

Take a cooker and add Chane ki daal, Salt (as per taste), water and cook until 2-3 whistles and make a thick paste.

Now take a bowl and add Coriander, Dal paste, Green chillies, Ginger, Onion, Red chilli flakes, Garam masala and kneed it.

Now shape it like kabab and shallow fry it in Mustard Oil for 2-3 minutes.

Your delecious dhaniye ke kabab is ready.
