Charra keema recipe

  • Keema (500 gm)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Water (1 cup)
  • Tomato (1)
  • Onion (1)
  • Green chillies (2-3)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Charra Aloo (300 gm)
  • Coriander

How to cook 

Take a cooker and add keema, Dhaniya powder, Red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Salt (as per taste), Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Mustard Oil, Water and mix it and cook until 2-3 whistles on high flame.

Now add tomato, Onion, Green chillies and cook for 2 minutes and add Garam masala powder, Charra Aloo and mix gently and cook for 5 minutes.

Now add coriander and serve.

Your Charra Keema is ready.
