Arbi ka Saalan

Arbi ka saalan

  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Onion paste (2 tbsp)
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Methi dana (1 pinch)
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Arbi (250 gm)
  • Coriander
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)

 How to cook

 Take a bowl and add Onion paste, Ginger paste, Dhaniya powder, Haldi powder, Red chilli powder and make a paste by mixing it.

Now haet Mustard Oil in a cooker and add methi dana, pre-maked paste, Water (1 tbsp), Salt (as per taste) and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add Arbi, water (1 cup) and cook until a whistle.

Now add coriander and garam masala powder and serve.

Your Arbi ka salan is ready.
