Tamatar keema recipe

  • Keema (500 gm)
  • Dhaniya Powder (2 tsp)
  • Red chilli Powder (1 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil
  • Mix garam Masale
  • Onion (3)
  • Tomato (250 gm)
  • Green chillies (5-6)
  • Water

How to cook

Take a cooker and add Keema, Dhaniya Powder, Red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Salt (as per taste), Ginger paste, Garlic paste and Mustard Oil and mix gently and cook until 2-3 whistles.

Now take a pan and heat Mustard oil now add Mix garam masale and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add onion and fry until light brown and add tomato and mash it and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add green chillies and serve.

Your delecious tamatar keema is ready.
