Paneer Brown Pulao

Paneer Brown Pulao Recipe

  • Mustard Oil
  • Mix Garam Masale
  • Tej patta (3-4)
  • Onion (1)
  • Tomato (2)
  • Paneer (400 gm)
  • Green chillies (5-6)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Chaach (1/2 cup)
  • Rice (1 KG)
  • Water

How to cook

Heat Mustard Oil in a bhagona/cooker and add mix garam masale, tej patta, Onion and fry until golden brown.

Now add Tomato, Paneer, Green chillies, Dhaniya powder, Red chilli powder, Garlic paste, Salt (as per taste), Chaach, Water (3 glass) and cook until a boil brings.

Now add rice and cook for 15 minutes.

Your Paneer Pulao is Ready.
