Mirch achaar recipe

  • Hari mirch (1 kg)
  • Methi daana (1 tsp)
  • Kalonji (1.5 tsp)
  • Raai (1.5 tsp)
  • Saunf powder (3 tsp)
  • Crushed Dhaniya (6 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1 tsp)
  • Heeng (1/2 tsp)
  • Amchoor powder (2 tsp)
  • Ginger powder (1  tsp)
  • Salt
  • Vinegar (2 tbsp)
  • Mustard oil (300gm)

 How to Cook

Cut all green chillies in 3-4 peices and put them in a cooker and add Methi daana, Kalonji, Raai, Saunf powder, Crushed dhaniya, Haldi powder, Heeng, Amchoor powder, Ginger powder, Salt (as per taste), Vinegar, Mustard Oil and cook for 25-30 minutes at low flame.
