Green chilli sauce

Green chilli sauce recipe

  • Achaari Green chilli (100 gm)
  • Green chilli (100 gm)
  • Ginger (2 inch.)
  • Heeng (1/4 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil (1 tbsp)
  • Jeera (2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Vinegar (1 cup)
  • Water (1 cup)

How to cook

Cut chillies and ginger then boil green chillies in water for 2 minutes.

Now take a pan and heat mustard oil and add heeng, jeera, Green chillies, Ginger, Salt and fry for 5 minutes.

Now grind it by adding vinegar.

Your Green chilli sauce is ready.
