Moong dal vada

Moong daal Vada

  • Moong daal (200 gm)
  • Red chilli flakes (1 tsp)
  • Coriander
  • Green chillies (2-3)
  • Onion (1)
  • Heeng (2 pinch)
  • Ajwain (1/2 tsp)
  • Jeera (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil

How to cook

First Grind 4-5 hours Soaked Moong daal and add Red chilli flakes, Coriander, Green chillies, Onion, Heeng, Ajwain, Jeera, Salt (as per taste), Haldi powder and mix well.

Now fry it in pre-heated Mustard Oil until golden brown.

Your crispy and crunchy vada is ready.
Enjoy it with tomato or Schezwan sauce.
