Roti ki kheer recipe

Malide ki kheer 
Ingredients


  • Chapatis(2-3)
  • Desi Ghee
  • Hari elaichi (2-3)
  • Sugar (200 gm)
  • Water (2 cup)
  • Dry fruits
  • Milk 

How to make

To make roti ki kheer take a jar and grind roti into small peices.

Now take a pan add ghee (2 tsp), elaichi and fry roti in it for 5 minutes.

Now add water, sugar and cook for 3-4 minutes and aside in a bowl.

Now take another pan and fry dry fruits in ghee.

Now add dry fruits and milk in kheer and refridgerate for 30 minutes and serve.

Your Roti ki kheer is ready.
