Papdi recipe | Papdi for chaat | How to make papdi at home

Papdi recipe
Ingredients


  • Maida (300 gm)
  • Sooji (50 gm)
  • Ajwain (1 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Ghee
  • Water


How to prepare

To make papdi take a bowl and add Maida, Sooji, Ajwain, Ghee (50 ml) and make a tight dough by adding water.

Now shape it like balls and roll it by roller and make small holes with the help of folk.

Now fry it in preheated ghee for 2-3 minutes at medium to low flame.
