Kofte ka saalan | Mutton kofta recipe

Kofta recipe
Ingredients


  • Keema (500 gm)
  • Kofta masala (2 tbsp)
  • Garam masala powder
  • Green chillies (3-4)
  • Ginger (2 inch)
  • Onion (1)
  • Coriander
  • Roasted Besan (1 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Haldi Powder
  • Red chilli flakes
  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Laung (2-3)
  • Ginger, garlic & Onion paste (1 cup)
  • Tomato Puree (1 cup)
  • Red chilli powder
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Daarchini (2 inches)
  • Water (1 cup)

How to be ready

To make kofta take a bowl and add Keema, Kofta masala, Garam Masala Powder (1/2 tsp), Green chillies, GInger, Onion, Coriander, Roasted Besan, Salt (as per taste), Haldi (1/2 tsp), Red chilli flakes (1/2 tsp) by mixing make small balls.

Now Heat mustard Oil in cooker and add Laung, Ginger paste, garlic paste, Onion paste, Tomato puree, Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp), Haldi powder (1/2 tsp), Dhaniya powder (2 tsp), Daarchini, Salt (as per taste), Water (1 cup), Potato, keema balls and cook until 1 whistle.

Your kofte is ready.
