Chane ki daal ka bharta

  • Chane ki daal boiled and grinded (250 gm)
  • Mustard Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Jeera (1 tsp)
  • Onion (2)
  • Tomato (1)
  • Haldi (1/2 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Dhaniya Powder (1 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Amchoor powder (1 tsp)
  • Ginger (20 gm)
  • Green chillies (4-5)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Water
  • Coriander

How to prepare

To make bharta first boiled chane ki daal and grind then add water.
Now take a pan/cooker and heat oil then add jeera, Onion, Tomato, Haldi, Red chilli powder, Dhaniya Powder, Salt, Garlic paste, little bit of water and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Now add water added daal and add amchoor powder, ginger, green chillies and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Now add dhaniya and garam masala powder.

Your bharta is ready.
