Aloo keema recipe
Ingredients


  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Mix garam masale
  • Daarchini (2 inches)
  • Tej patta (2-3)
  • Keema (500 gm)
  • Red chilli flakes (1 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (1 tsp)
  • Haldi (1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Green chillies (4-5)
  • Ginger (10 gm)
  • Onion (2)
  • Potatoes (300 gm)
  • Coriander
  • Water

How to make

To make aloo keem heat mustard oil in cooker and add Mix garam masala, Daarchini, Tejpatta and cook for 1 minute then add keema and cook for 3 minutes.

Now add Red chilli flakes, dhaniya powder, haldi, garlic paste, salt (as per taste), a little bit of water and cook until 2 whistles.

Now add Green chillies, Ginger, Onion, Potatoes and cook until 1 whistle.

Now add coriander and dishout.

Your aloo keema is ready.
