Til ke Parathe

Til ke Parathe
  • Wheat Flour (1 cup)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Desi ghee
  • Jaggery [(गुड़)(100gm)]
  • Til
  • Elaichi Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Coconut Powder (2 tbsp)
  • Water

How to Prepare

To make til ke parathe take a bowl and add Wheat flour, Salt, desi ghee and adding water partially make soft dough.
Now take a another bowl and add jaggery, Til, Elaichi Powder, Coconut powder and make dough.

Now make atta balls and roll it by roller and fill some jaggery mixture in it and again roll it by roller and fry it in desi ghee at low flame.
