Rajma Pulao recipe

Rajma Pulao Recipe

  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Laung (4)
  • Hari Elaichi (4)
  • Jeera (1/2 tsp)
  • Onion (1)
  • Tej patta (2)
  • Daarchini (2 inches.)
  • Rajma boiled (200 gm)
  • Red chilli flakes (1/2 tsp)
  • Green chilli (2-3)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Rice (400 gm)
  • Water

How to make 

To make Rajma Pulao take a cooker and add Mustard oil and heat it.

Now add Laung , Hari Elaichi , Jeera , Onion and fry it until golden brown.

Now add Tej patta, Daarchini, Rajma and cook for 1 minute and add red chilli flakes, Green chillies, Garam masala powder, salt and water (750 ml) & cook until 1 boil.

After a boil add Rice and cook until 1 whistle.

Your Rajma Pulao is Ready.
