Moong ki daal gosht recipe

Moong ki daal gosht
Ingredients

  • Mutton (500 gm)
  • Tomatoes (2)
  • Green chillies (7-8)
  • Ginger (20 gm)
  • Onion (1)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Tej patta (2)
  • Mustard oil (1/2 cup) 
  • Water (1.3 ltr.)
  • Moong chilka daal (200 gm)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Coriander


How to make

To make moong daal gosht take a cooker and add Mutton, Tomatoes, Green chillies, Ginger, Onion, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Red chilli powder, Haldi powder, Dhaniya powder, Salt (as per taste), Tej patta, Mustard oil, Water (300 ml) and mix well & cook until 5-6 whistle.

Now add Moong chilka daal, Water (1 ltr) to cooker and cook until 2 whistles.

After 2 whistles mash daal and add Garam masala powder and coriander.

Your dish is ready.
