Mix daal recipe



  • Masoor ki daal  (50 gm)
  • Moong ki chilke wali daal (50 gm)
  • Urad ki Daal (50 gm)
  • Chane ki daal (50 gm)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (1.5 tsp)
  • Haldi (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Daarchini (2 inches)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Jeera (1/2 tsp)
  • Heeng (1/2 tsp)
  • Onion small size (1)
  • Ginger (2 inches)
  • Green chillies (5-6)
  • Coriander
  • Water 

How to make

To make mix daal take a bowl and add masoor daal, moong daal, urad daal, chana daal and wash it.

Now take a cooker and daal, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, haldi, salt( as per taste), Daarchini, Garlic paste, water(1/2 ltr.) and mix gently and cook until 2 whistles.

Now take a pan and add mustard oil, Jeera, Heeng, onion and fry until onion get light brown.

Now add Ginger, Green chillies, Coriander in cooked daal and add bhagaar of onion and jeera.

Your daal is ready.
