गेहूं के आटे से बनाये फूले फूले गुलगुले | UP and Bihar famous gulgula


Gulgule recipeIngredients

  • Atta (300 gm)
  • Sugar (150 gm)
  • Sooji (2 tbsp)
  • Coconut (50 gm)
  • Soda (1/4 tsp)
  • Saunf ( 1 tsp)
  • salt (2 pinches)
  • Water (2 cup)
  • Ghee

How to Prepare
To make atte ke gulgule take a bowl and add atta, sugar, sooji, coconut, soda, saunf, salt and make a paste by adding water.

Now take a pan and heat ghee and fry the paste for 2 minutes at medium flame.

Your atte ke gulgule is ready.
