Chaat masala recipe
Ingredients


  • Dhaniya seeds (2 tbsp)
  • Jeera (2 tbsp)
  • Kaali mirch (1 tsp)
  • Kashmiri lal mirch (5-6)
  • Pudina (2 tsp)
  • Ginger powder (1 tsp)
  • Aamchoor powder (4 tsp)
  • Heeng (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt (2 tsp)
  • Black salt (2 tsp)
  • Citric acid (1 tsp)


How to make

Take a pan and add dhaniya seeds, jeera, kaali mirch, kashmiri lal mirch and roast for 2 minutes.

Now aside these items in a plate and take a pan & add pudina, ginger powder, aamchoor powder, heeng and dry its moisture.
Now take a jaar and add dhaniya seeds, jeera, kaali mirch, kashmiri lal mirch and grind it.

Now add  pudina, ginger powder, aamchoor powder, heeng, salt, blacksalt, citric acid and make a fine powder.

Your chaat masala is ready.
