Chane ki daal paalak

Chane ki daal paalak recipe

  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Red Chilli Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (1.5 tsp)
  • Haldi Powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Daarchini (2 inches.)
  • Green chillies (4-5)
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Jeera (1/2 tsp)
  • Heeng (1 pinch)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Chane ki daal (200 gm)
  • Paalak (500 gm)
  • Salt

How to make

To make chane ki daal paalak take a bowl and add Red chilli powder, Dhaniya powder, Haldi Powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste and make a thick paste by adding water.

Now Heat 1 cup mustard oil in Cooker and add Jeera, Heeng, Paste, Daarchini, Green chillies and roast for 2 minutes now add garam masala, Chane ki daal, Paalak, salt and cook it until 3-4 whistles.
Now dishout chane ki daal paalak.
