Bajre ki tikki recipe

Bajre ki tikkiIngredients

  • Bajre ka Atta (500 gm)
  • Til (100 gm)
  • Coconut (50 gm)
  • Salt (2 pinches)
  • Jaggery water (200 ml)
  • Ghee for frying

How to make

Take a Bowl and add Bajre ka atta, til, coconut, salt, jaggery water and make a dough.
Now shape it like tikki and fry in ghee at medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
