Aloo paalak recipe

Aloo palak recipe

  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Dhaniya powder (2 tsp)
  • Ginger paste (1/2 tsp)
  • Garlic paste (1/2 tsp)
  • Mustard Oil (1 cup)
  • Laung (3-4)
  • Salt
  • Paalak (500 gm)
  • Potatoes (300 gm)
  • Green chillies (3-4)
  • Water

How to prepare 

To make Aloo palak take a bowl and add red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, ginger paste, garlic paste and make a thick paste by adding water.

Now take a cooker and heat mustard oil and add laung, premaked paste, salt, paalak, potatoes, Green chillies and cook for 10 minutes.

Your aloo palak is ready.
