Aloo khashkhash ka saalan

  • Khashkhash (50 gm)
  • Badaam (5-6)
  • Coconut (50 gm)
  • Mustard Oil (1/2 cup)
  • Potatoes (300 gm)
  • Onion (1)
  • Red chilli powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Haldi powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Malai (100 gm)
  • Water

How to make

To make Aloo khashkhash ka saalan take a jar and add Khashkhash, Badaam, coconut and make a thick paste.

Now take a Cooker/Pan and heat Mustard Oil then fry Potatoes.

Now fry chopped Onion until light brown and add khashkhash paste, Red chilli powder, Haldi Powder, Salt (as per taste), Malai, Water (1 tbsp) and cook until 5-6 minutes.

Your dish is ready.
