Aloo ka Korma

Aloo ka korma

  • Mustard oil (1 cup)
  • Onion (200 gm)
  • Potatoes (500 gm)
  • Red chilli powder (1 tsp)
  • Dhaniya Powder (2 tsp)
  • Salt
  • Garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Ginger paste (1 tsp)
  • Tej patta (2)
  • Daarchini (2 inches.)
  • Curd (200 gm)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Kewra water (1/2 tsp)
  • Water

How to make

To make aloo ka korma take a cooker and add onion & fry it until dark brown. And aside it in a plate.

Now in leftover oil add potatoes, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, salt (as per taste), garlic paste, ginger paste, tej patta, daarchini and mix for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes add curd and cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add crushed onion, garam masala powder, water, kewra powder and take it to rest for 5 minutes.

Your dish is ready.
