Urad gosht recipe

URAD GOSHT RECIPE


Urad, Mutton, Red chilli powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder, Cinnamon stick, Bay leaves, Salt, Soda, Mustard oil, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Desi ghee, Onion, Black pepper, Mace(jawitri), Green cardamom, Red cardamom, Cloves, Red Chilli, Kewra water, Water.

How to Cook-

 To make urad gosht, take Bowl and add Urad(250 gm.), water and soda(1/2 tsp) in it.
Soak urad for 2-3 hours in Soda added water.

Take cooker and add Mutton(500 gm.), Red chilli Powder(1 tsp), Turmeric Powder(1/2 tsp), Coriander Powder(2 tsp), Ginger Paste(1 tsp), Garlic Paste(1 tsp), Salt(1 tsp), Mustard Oil(1 cup), Water(1 cup), Cinnamon stick(2 inches) and Bay leaves(2 piece) in it and mix gently.
Cook It until 4-5 whistles.



Now lets Prepare urad

Take another cooker and add soaked urad, Turmeric powder(1/2 tsp), Salt(1/2 tsp) and Water(1 Ltr.) and cook Until 4-5 whistles.

Lets see the Condition Of mutton
Roast mutton until water dried.

Lets make a fine paste of Boiled urad and add paste into roasted mutton(भुना हुआ गोश्त) and add water in it as per consistency. Mix well the mixture.


Now lets prepare Bhagaar

Take fry pan and add 1 Onion, Desi ghee(2 tbsp), Black pepper(7-8), Mace(1 inch), Green Cardamom(4-5), Red chillies(5-6) Cloves(5-6) and Red cardamom.
Fry it until ingredients become brown. And grind it

Now add grinded mixture and kewra water(1 tsp) into daal and mix gently.


Now your Dish is ready to serve.
serve 5-6.
