Matar ke Kabab

Ingredients

Bread crumbs, Matar, Ginger, Green chilli, Coriander, Onion, Besan, Turmeric Powder, Aamchoor powder, Red chilli flakes, salt & Zeera powder.

How to make

To make Matar ke kabab take a bowl and add Bread crumbs(1/2 cup), Matar grinded(250gm), Ginger (1/2 inch), Gree chillies(2-3), Coriander(1 cup), Onion chopped(2), Besan (2 tsp), Turmeric Powder(1/2 tsp), Aamchoor powder(1 tsp), Red chilli flakes(1 tsp), Zeera powder(1 tsp) & Salt(as per taste) and mix well.
Now shape the mixture just like a shamikabab.

Now fry it in oil at low flame.
