Jaggery, Wheat flour, Magaz, Coconut, Soda, Salt, Ghee

How to make

To make gurh matri Take a bowl and add Wheat flour(1 cup), Magaz(1 tsp), Coconut(10 gm), Soda(1/4 tsp), Salt(2 pinch) & melted jaggery(100 gm) & make a dough and leave it for half an hour.
After half hour make small balls and roll it by roller just like poori.
and fry in ghee at low flame.

Your crunchy gurh matri is ready.
