Leftover korma, Rice, Mustard oil, Mix Garam Masale, Daarchini, Phoolchakri, Onion, Tej patta, Red chilli Powder, Green Chilli,  Matar, Salt, Water.

 How to Cook

To make Brown pulav take cooker and add Mustard oil(1cup), Mix garam masale, Daarchini(2 inches), Phoolchakri(1pc.) and Onion(1pc.) and fry until light brown.

After frying add tej patta(2-3), Korma, Red chilli Powder(1 tsp), Green Chilli(4-5), Matar(50 gm.) & Water(1.5 cup) and cook until 1 boil.

After boiling, Add rice& salt and Cook until 1 whistle.
Now dish out the brown Pulav.
