Milk, Custard Powder, Bread slices, Ghee, Sugar, Dry Fruits.

How to Make

To make shahi tukda boil Milk(1ltr.), and add custard powder(2 tsp) and boil until thick consistency.
Now take slice and remove its edge and fry it in ghee at medium flame until golden brown.
Now aside fryed slices in tray and pour boiled milk on it & garnish it with dry fruits.
Refrigerate it for 1 hour and enjoy the tasty shahi tukda.
